Customer Care Specialist — Remote
Be the friendly voice behind every email and message. You'll answer questions, resolve concerns, and make sure every customer feels looked after.
- Remote, flexible hours

- Previous customer service experience preferred
Operations Assistant — International Warehouse
Support the behind-the-scenes work that gets each order to our customers smoothly. You'll help with inventory, packing, quality checks and shipping coordination.
- Full-time, based at our international warehouse
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Comfortable with light physical work
