Terms and Conditions

Heather Boutique Miami is an independent boutique, founded in 1999. You can reach our customer service team at contact@heatherboutiquemiami.com — we answer every message personally, usually within one business day.

An order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation by email. We may decline an order if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, if a price or description was shown in error, or if we cannot ship to your address.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours your order has entered fulfilment and can no longer be cancelled — please see our Cancellation page.

All prices are shown in US dollars. Promotional prices are valid for the duration of the promotion only. Payment is taken at the moment of purchase through our secure checkout.

We ship worldwide with DHL. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order leaves our warehouse. Import duties, taxes or customs handling fees that may apply in your country are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.

You may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's own cost and all returns must be sent to our international warehouse in China. Full details are on our Returns Policy page.

We photograph our pieces in natural light and describe them as honestly as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and natural fabrics such as linen may show small irregularities — this is part of their character, not a fault.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place your order is the version that applies to it.
