Payment Policy
Paying should be the simplest part of your visit. Here is exactly how it works.
Accepted payment methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as the trusted wallets below. Your details are never stored on our servers.
Secure checkout
Every payment is processed through an encrypted (SSL) connection by our certified payment providers. Heather Boutique Miami never sees or stores your full card number.
When you are charged
The full amount is charged at the moment your order is confirmed. You will receive an emailed receipt straight away. If a payment is declined, no order is created and any pending authorisation is released by your bank.
Currency and additional charges
All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank may apply a conversion rate or a small foreign transaction fee — this is set by your bank, not by us.
Import duties, taxes and customs handling fees that may be charged on delivery in your country are not included in the price and are payable by the customer.
Discounts and promotions
One discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been placed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once processed, please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank. Original and return shipping costs are not refunded.
