What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number and order details. Payment card data is handled entirely by our payment providers and is never stored by us.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to handle returns and refunds, to answer your questions, and — only if you have signed up — to send you occasional news from the boutique.
Who we share it with
Only the partners needed to complete your order: our payment providers, DHL for delivery, and our international warehouse team who prepare and receive parcels. They may only use your data for that purpose. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting law requires. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to contact@heatherboutiquemiami.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Our site runs over an encrypted connection and access to customer data is limited to the small team that needs it to serve you.
