Shipping and Delivery
Every order is packed with care and sent with DHL, with tracking from our door to yours.
Free shipping with DHL
Shipping is free on every order. Parcels are dispatched with DHL and travel fully tracked.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2PM, at the weekend or on a public holiday begin processing the next business day.
Delivery times
United States: 5–8 business days. Europe and United Kingdom: 6–10 business days. Rest of the world: 8–14 business days. These are estimates from the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse and can vary during busy periods.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel is collected you will receive a DHL tracking link by email. If tracking has not updated for several days, write to us and we will chase it for you.
International orders and import duties
We ship worldwide from our international warehouse. Import duties, taxes and customs handling fees may be charged on arrival by your local authorities. These charges are set by your country, are not included in the price, and are the responsibility of the customer.
Addresses and undelivered parcels
Please check your address carefully at checkout — after 24 hours we can no longer amend it. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or it was not collected, we can resend it once the new shipping cost has been paid.
Split deliveries
Occasionally items in one order travel separately so that nothing is delayed. You will receive a tracking link for each parcel, at no extra cost.
