Cancellation
Changed your mind? You have 24 hours from the moment you place your order to cancel it, free of charge.
The 24-hour window
Orders can be cancelled at no cost within 24 hours of being placed. The window starts at the time shown on your order confirmation email. Within that period we cancel your order and refund you in full — no questions asked.
How to cancel
Email contact@heatherboutiquemiami.com with your order number and the words "Cancel order" in the subject line. We confirm every cancellation in writing — if you have not received a confirmation from us, the order has not yet been cancelled.
After 24 hours
Once 24 hours have passed, your order has been sent to our warehouse for fulfilment and can no longer be cancelled or amended, including changes to size, colour or delivery address.
You are of course still welcome to return the item once it arrives, under the conditions of our Returns Policy: returns go to our international warehouse in China, and return shipping as well as any import duties or unexpected charges are at the customer's cost.
Cancellation refunds
Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 5–10 days for the amount to appear on your statement.
Cancellations by us
In rare cases we may need to cancel an order ourselves — for example if an item sells out or an address cannot be shipped to. If that happens we will contact you personally and refund you in full immediately.
